At Source Vitality LLC, each crystal package is carefully curated based on your energetic blockages and handled with intention. Due to the delicate and energetic nature of crystals, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any crystal packages once they have been purchased. This policy ensures the integrity and energy of every crystal that leaves our care.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package at info@sourcevitalityhealing.com, and we will be happy to resolve the issue.

We understand that life happens and schedules may shift. To honor both your time and ours, we ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of your session.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance: You may cancel for a full refund. Please allow 10 business days for the credit to be posted to your original form of payment. You may reschedule your appointment at no cost.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance: The session is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
